Our core purpose The core purpose of our website is to provide psychological support to expatriate humanitarian and mission workers, especially those based in the developing world or in cultures very different from their own.
Want us to add something? We often receive requests to add links to our external resources page, or publish articles that people have written. We will consider adding material which assists our core purpose. It is always good to hear when people have found our link page helpful. Your material may be very good and could help a lot of people. But it is beyond the scope of our website to provide comprehensive resources for mental health and wellbeing or expatriate living, to publish others' material, or to advertise other websites of minimal relevance to our core purpose.
When we won't add links or articles We do not normally add links or publish articles in response to unsolicited contacts or if we do not know you. In our experience, adding such material has caused unwanted work and not helped our users. We have limited time and cannot always respond to requests to add links. Please consider before asking us to add a link or publish your article.
